Pichi pichi Ingredients:
1 pack frozen greatest cassava
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup sugar
Pandan essence
1/2 teaspoon Lye water / if not available it's ok
Coconut , Greatest cassava, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1/2 son lye water
Butter or oil for cooking milder to avoid hard to removes after steaming.
Mix all ingredients like this
Make sure put butter to remove the pichi2x easy from the pan. After cooked for 30 minutes remove it the coated with greatest coconut then it's easy to eat
