ingredients: chicken any favorite parts, qty depends to eater... yellow fresh ginger, garlic, red onion, curry powder S&B brand, fresh coconut juice but much better fresh.coconut...1 cubes chicken knorr, little patis optional... depends on eater taste. If have allergic to patis no patis.
Procedure: cut chicken to desired size, wash and drain, prepare the oil in the fraying pan.. make it hot, sautee onion, garlic yellow ginger, add the chicken mix it.. fry for a few second, then add curry powder if you see the chicken is a little tender and no more blood, cover and simmer while preparing the grated coconut juice... put 1 small cup of water, squeeze it separate the 1st juice, then use again the fresh coconut 1 cup again of warm water, squeese put it on the chicken while your cooking it thoroughly, i forget lower your fire when you prepare juicing the coconut. After you put the 2nd coconut milk, a little adjust the fire to strong, cover it, once almost. Dried the coconut , put the 1st juice you make add the knorr chicken cubes, taste it, if not enough for you the taste little by little put salt and little aji... if you like little sauce.. then let the coconut reduce the juice.. if the sauce is good enough for you then turn off its time to serve

Chicken curry pilipino style.... ingredients are:...
Chicken, curry powder, onion, garlic, yellow ginger i think they call it turmeric,... (do not buy turmeric powder) you need to buy the fresh yellow ginger, little patis..optional if you like only, coconut milk. Veg potato and red and green pepper optional is you like..... salt and aji...very little only put this very last.
Sautee first the chicken, followed with yellow ginger, garlic, onion, .. cover it for a few seconds
Then put the curry powder.... S&B oriental curry powder... mixed it always while to avoid stick on the pan...
Then put patis and the coconut milk...
If too sticky add little water then cover and shimmer it on a lower fire until chicken is done... then put your aji.. and little salt..you need to taste it
Sauce of the curry should be sticky and half of the chicken...it depends if you like plenty sauce.
Buy this kind of curry powder...oh put also little bit of black pepper
