Spicy Singapore Fried Noodles

For the sauce mix in a bowl... chinese cooking wine like this kind

Cooking wine, soy sauce, luttle sugar, curry powder, water, ... mixed then set aside...

knorr liquid seasoning


And also water put together in a small miso bowl..

Then set aside

Wash the pansit bihon set a side

Make scramble egg.. cook and set aside.

One all the ingredients are prepared...

Heat the praying fan... put cooking oil.. start sauteeing the ground ginger quickly add the onion. Garlic, mushroom,  ground pork, carrots, hit pepper add a little water to bring out the flavors of the ingredients only a few seconds .. add the pansit... mixed then add the prepared sauce... mixed it ... add the leafy veg that you want... mixed it.. in a few minutes its done and serve

If the taste still not enough... you can add a little salt

Make sure you wash.the.pansit until it became soft. But not soggy

In that way the pansit will not absorb.all of the sauce you make


This are ginger, onion, garlic, ground pork, shrimp, ham or any meat t.that.has.taste .. mushroom, carrots...


 Just sauté everything together

 For leafy veg... any soft leafy veg you have in the ref...

 Measurement of the sauce... in a small miso bowl... put chinese cooking wine.. 4 spoon... add the soy sauce 4 also.. add 1/2teaspoon of sugar, add 1tbl spn curry powder mixe all ingredients..
