Japanese chili pepper
Ingredients
1. Hot pepper green half lbs
Chopped small size
2. Mirin and Sake... 2 spoon each kind put first in the pot. Let it boiled a little
3. Add Jap soyo ready to use about 1 cup
4. Add water.. 1/4 cup let all boiled ... Add the hot pepper keep it boiling
5. Add the miso 1 spoon full
6. Sugar Red 1 spoon
Just keep boiling until the pepper has small sauce.
Taste it according to your like. Then it's ready
Make sure to take out the steam and some of the seeds before cooking. Just shake it to remove the seeds a little
