technic of cooking all kinds
For fraying or sautee make sure your frying pot is on the high temperature, for easy and fast cooking because in this way you
will not ruin the density or taste of what ever your cooking (like veg. meat... and others.
for Boiling something once it's reaches the highest temperature
slow the fire.... because it will not go more higher you save gas
then you make it more hotter.
Always think and prepare in advance your menu early, in that way
you can prepare the food better and easier. And you guys can
do it fast and safety... and save more money.... always make it a habit to schedule in advance your routine..... never let the laziness ruined your schedule...

another technicque: thick saucee
For sauces you can use corn starch/taro .... dissolve to the right amount of water.... always put this kind of sauce once your done
to cooking all the ingredients you like....
During cooking time.....
always make sure all the handle is o.k.

to avoid accident. prepare enough space... to transfer the food .
