meat is well done cooked the once you bring your water to the highest point of boiling lower your fire until the meat of the chicken really become tender. Put oil in the frying pan sautee the garlic /onion/pepper/chicken/ then add the noodles then put the broth once the noodles is cooked add the veg. then put ajinamoto / salt / patis (fish sauce) then taste it then final put the milk before it boiled again take it out it's cooked already.
