Ingredients (pork/beef/fish/shrimps)
tamarind
kangkong leaves for(pork n beef)
camote tips for (shirmp/fish)
raddish/taro/okra/string beans/
onion/tomato
water or the 2nd water you used for washing
the rice. just measure the water for yourself.
salt/fish sause (defends how you like the taste) /ajinamoto
procedure:
bring to boil and (pork/beef) until tender/but for
fish and shrimp is, just put in the water first the onion
and tomato once it boil , squeezed the tomato to take out the juice then put it
back to the pot. put the veg. ingredients. then once it boil add the
(fish/shrimp) then
put the taste (ajinamoto/fish sauce/salt) just little by
little it defends on your taste. then take it out from the pot. then happy
eating again....... its done
