Sili

 Sili.... just cut the sili and boiled it water, japanese soyu..this is the soyu thats ready to use, mirin, sake, and sugar.....just let it boiled until it becomes very soft.....BE CAREFUL when cleaning the sili use hand gloves

Mom: And also put little hondashi

Mom: Just boiled all together..  water and other ingredients. You just measure it ...mirin, sake, hondashi, and sugar only little.

Water and soyu mix it until it covers all the sili....you need to measured it according to your taste....
