Lugaw

 


Ingredients:

Sweet Rice/ (your left over rice is o.k. also) must be a

a little amount of rice only .

garlic/onion/ginger diced

oil/ salt/black pepper/ajinamoto

stewing chicken/towel intestine of the beef(if you like)

lemon (kalamansi is if you like only during eating time ) patis.



Procedure:

bring into a boil all the meet ingredients that you like until it become tender and ready to eat....

 once it's cooked take it out put another fraying pan ... make it hot .

.. put oil...sautee the ginger,garlic,onion.... put pepper sautee again add the sliced meat that you like sautee again ..

. add the little uncooked sweet rice depens how much lugaw you like to cooked (if you have left over rice you can use that also) sautee everything add right away the 

broth that you used to cooked the meat..... bring it to a boiling point always stir the pot to avoid burning under the pot....

 then if you think its ready to add the taste so do it.... put ajinamoto/salt/ patis can do also to add a better taste. stir again....

 then taste again if it's ready to take it out in the fire..... then it's ready to eat again ....
