Langonisa

 Ingredients:

Pork and Beef ground

brown sugar

pepper

ajinamoto

salt

garlic plenty very important plenty garlic

food color (red or orange)

Put together the ground pork,beef,garlic peppper, salt,ajinamoto not much, food color little only, sugar it depends how sweet you like it. Mixed it good until you can it smell like langonisa even it's not yet cooked you can taste it. once u mixed it well let it seat for about 4 hours then roll it put it in the plastic then put it in the freezer. Then you can cooked it in a little water but you have to take it out from the plastic only few minutes put a little oil once the water is dry .... then take it out happy eating again hope you dont get so fat....
