Filipino Adobo

 ingredients:

(chicken or pork)

Garlic plenty (as much as you like)

Soy sauce

Vinegar

Black Pepper

Oil

Ajinomoto (little)

Salt (little )

Leaves (wait i forgot the name) but even without it is o.k.


Procedure:

First bring to a boil in a small amount of water the pork

to make it tender until the water dries but check if the

pork or chicken is already tender but if not yet just add a little water again

but if already tender take it out from the frying pan and set aside.

then put the oil to the frying pan and once it's hot

Make the frying pan hot put the oil then once it's hot

sautee the garlic make it a little bit brown

put the tender pork add the black pepper cooked the pepper for a while then once the pork or chicken is a little bit brown add the vinegar then cooked again the vinegar for a while then add soy sauce and salt ajinamoto let it sit fo a while then taste it.... if you thinks its ok and it's a little bit dry... you can take it out it's cooked already.
