Beef Caldereta with cheeze

Ingredients: Beef spare rib,  liver small , spicy sausage, chorizo, onion, garlic, hot pepper, bay leaves, kalamansi, sugar, tomato sauce, small soy sauce..cheeze.

Procedure: Saute onion garlic add beef and ground pepper, after beef change color put it on that side... saute liver, spicy sausage, chorizon... after sauteing set aside those ingredients.. leave the beef...put 3 cups of water simmer until beef is tender and cover it.

Once the water is very low put a.little soy sauce.. simmer again, once beef is soft... put all  meat ingredients... simmer again a few minutes.. add the kalamansi juice cover and simmee, add tomato sauce... simmer again until become sauce, put.alittle of cheeze, sugar.. taste if not enough the taste.. put a little salt, taste again.. put a little of beef.knor or aji

.. knor is only little because knorr has complete taste..specially if you put salt already

Put cheeze simmer until sauce become thick and oil is coming out put also all veg.

That is cooked already

Tips:
But make sure put the taste of calderata before putting the veg.
Cheeze is salty
Knorr has a complete taste, so just add little by little
